I support you in selecting, evaluating, and qualifying suppliers in Germany and internationally. I help identify risks at an early stage, guide improvement measures, and ensure that even suppliers without their own quality management systems can be reliably integrated into your supply chain.
With more than 100 supplier audits conducted across South America, Africa, Asia, and Europe, as well as many years of responsibility for supplier management, I have extensive hands-on experience with the challenges and requirements of international supply chains.
I also help suppliers who do not yet have their own quality management systems develop the necessary structures and processes. This includes establishing quality management procedures, developing HACCP, Food Defense, and Food Fraud plans, and providing support with specifications and the required quality management documentation.
